# Privacy Policy — Hotels Connect by UBIO

This Privacy Policy explains how UBIO LIMITED uses personal data when you visit hotels-connect.com, join the Hotels Connect waitlist, create an account, subscribe to Hotels Connect or contact us.

## 1. Who we are

Hotels Connect is operated by UBIO LIMITED (company number 08725879), registered at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. UBIO LIMITED is the controller of the personal data described in this policy unless we expressly state otherwise.

## 2. What information we collect

Depending on how you use Hotels Connect, we may collect: name, work email, telephone, job title, employer; account and sign-in information; hotel or business details including booking-engine URL and evidence of authority; subscription and billing status (we do not store full payment-card details); technical and usage information; waitlist and support communications; and marketing preferences.

We do not intend Hotels Connect to receive guest names, booking records, guest payment information, health information or other special-category personal data.

## 3. How we use your information

We use personal data to manage the waitlist, administer accounts, provide and secure Hotels Connect, process billing, send operational communications, improve the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, and send business marketing where permitted.

Lawful bases include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent where required.

## 4. Where we get information

Directly from you; from your employer or another authorised user; automatically from the website; from service providers; from Google or another connectivity partner where relevant; and from public business sources.

## 5. Who we share it with

UBIO group personnel; hosting, security, email, authentication, analytics, support and payment providers; Google and other connectivity providers where needed to operate the service; professional advisers and authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.

## 6–12. Transfers, retention, marketing, rights, security, cookies, changes

International transfers use recognised safeguards. Customer and billing records may be kept for up to seven years; account and support records generally for the relationship plus up to three years; security logs generally up to 12 months. Marketing is optional. You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object, port and withdraw consent — contact privacy@hotels-connect.com. UK residents may complain to the ICO.
