# Terms of Use — Hotels Connect by UBIO

Effective date: 1 July 2026.

## 1. About us and these terms

This website is operated by UBIO LIMITED (company number 08725879), 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. These Website Terms of Use apply whenever you browse the Hotels Connect website, join the waitlist, submit an enquiry or use any publicly available website feature. The website is intended for business users.

## 2. Website availability and changes

We may update, suspend or restrict the website at any time. Launch dates, features, prices and demonstrations shown before general availability are estimates and may change.

## 3. Waitlist and enquiries

Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a subscription or guarantee access. Any discount applies to the first year of subscription only.

## 4. Permitted use

You may use the website only for lawful business purposes. You must not breach law, gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape except as permitted for standard search-engine indexing, reverse engineer Hotels Connect, misrepresent your identity, or use content to build a competing product without written permission.

## 5. Intellectual property

UBIO and its licensors own the website, Hotels Connect, software, designs and branding, except third-party marks. Google names and logos belong to Google.

## 6. Information and no reliance

Website content is general information, not legal or revenue-management advice. We do not promise that any hotel will be accepted, ranked or advertised by Google.

## 7–10. Third parties, liability, privacy, general

Third-party links are for convenience. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If we are liable and you do not have a paid subscription, aggregate liability will not exceed US$100. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
